• How do I Design my Own Product?

It is highly recommended that you have a working knowledge of a photo or vector editing software, since we cannot offer you technical support. However, we have put together some useful information for you!

• How do I Upload my Design to You?

While we are currently looking for a better solution for this, for now, you must email your design to us. Please note the name of the project/order in the title of the email.

If your file is too large to be emailed, please contact us and we will find another way to recieve the file from you.



• Can You Design My Product for me?

Of course! At this time, we are offering free custom designs on every project. However, due to time constraints, we may have to keep your design fairly simple.

If you are interested in something special, like a logo or detailed image, please contact us and we can calculate the design fee for you.

• Do You Offer Bulk Discounts?

Typically, we do not offer bulk discounts, but if you have a large order and would like to talk to use about it, feel free to contact us!

• When Can I Expect my Order to be Completed?

We strive to get small and medium sized orders completed in about a week. Larger orders may take longer.

You are always welcome to contact us and get an estimated completion time.
